The Warranty Failusre Management System developed for the Electrical Division of the East Coast Railways does just that in an easy to implement and use manner and takes over the responsibilty of communicating failures to the vendors through SMS and email.
The system also incorporates comprehensive dashboards that provides senior management with real time drill down reports to track each and every equipment, its failures and response from the vendor. The WFMS can be used for any number of divisions or operational units with each able to track the purchase and commissioning of equipment as well as logging, tracking and resolution of complaints. Reports are available for each unit as well as for the zone, depending upon user access.
